In the brightly coloured and fast-paced world of Bollywood, where every job can make or break a career, an actor’s journey is often marked by joy, danger and dire warnings. Emraan Hashmi, the Bollywood star whose name is associated with some of the most memorable films ever made, recently came to light sharing an interesting story about his early behaviour.
In an interview, Emraan shared that his guru and popular filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt advised that he might miss his first picture. Even for those with well-known mentors, this open admission provides a glimpse into the struggles and pressures that aspiring actors deal with behind the scenes.
A fantastic journey to Bollywood
Imran’s first foray into Bollywood was extremely amazing. Unlike many of his colleagues who went to acting schools and theatre, Imran’s career was determined by his family’s relationship with Mahesh Bhatt, a popular director known for his realistic and often intense representations of human emotions. Regardless of this coordinated effort, Imran’s process has not been simple. In 2003, she made her presentation in Vijay Bhatt’s film “Footpath”.
Mahesh Bhatt’s Stern Warning
Why did Mahesh Bhatt talk about throwing Emraan Hashmi off the set? Mahesh Bhatt’s role in saving Emraan Hashmi’s career is remarkable, but his journey in his films has not been easy. Emraan made his acting debut with the 2003 movie Footpath and he started his career with a special movie slowly his career also grew and he was at par with any leading actor at that time.
Emraan Hashmi, who played roles in Fashion and Prime Jaan in the early 2000s, said that Mahesh Bhatt and his brother Mukesh Bhatt took a chance on Emraan, though neither thought Emraan could act, and Emraan’s grandmother felt that he should not act because she did not think like conventional actors, on the other hand, Emraan’s mother trusted them.
He felt that his son should try, Imran didn’t play a supporting actor in his first film, but he still doesn’t think he is a big actor, he worked with Imran because he didn’t have the budget to hire big actors. I got my place in the industry by taking baby steps, it was different from other production houses, their budget was less but they tried to attract the audience with their story, the same happened with music and that small-budget film gradually became a big-budget film but this journey was not easy.
Recalling some conversations with Mahesh Bhatt, he said one thing to Emraan if you don’t do well in the first short film and then you perform badly in science, then I will throw you out of this film. He had told Imran. An actor doesn’t want to be set just because he is a family member, Imran has to prove himself and is related to him doesn’t get any special consideration and Imran did the same we can say this for sure because even after 20 years of his debut he is still entertaining the audience with his best performance and will soon be seen in Disney Hotstar’s web series Showtime.

Movies, such as “Murder,” “Hoodlum,” and “Wo Lamhe”He established his position in business as well as demonstrated his many abilities as an entertainer. Each creation offered a valuable opportunity to dig further into the complexity of his characters, a test Emraan decidedly accepted.
